Hakarat Hatov

After a few years in which we did not have the Meet the Members event, we were happy to get to know the new members who have joined us over the past few years and to take part in an enjoyable social event last Motzei Shabbat.

The event is was the first of a list of social events planned for this year. Stay tuned!

Thank you to Tzvi and Linda Wollicki who partially sponsored the event, to Jonny Kirsch who MCed the event in the most ______ way, to the organizers Dvora Wildman, Tzippy Lebovitz, Malaka Flamholz, Ellen Shapiro and Shoshana Citrin who worked hard to prepare the event, to those of all ages who joined together to help set up – Greta Myers, Judith Lipszer, Noam Wildman, Tani Strasberg and Shira Citrin, and to all those who contributed in preparing food and cleaning up after the affair.

There is even going to be a cook book coming out in the near future with the recipes of the soups, salads, cakes served at the affair.

Assistance

We are experiencing very trying times and we would like to be able to offer whatever assistance we can to families in our kehilla. Bikur Cholim committee

Please contact Mike Greenwald (058-789-2000) or Ruthie Lerer (052-813-7906) if you know of any member who is sick or hospitalized.

Please also contact them regarding any way that you can offer your assistance be it – visiting, shopping, car-rides etc.

If you would like to put the name of a choleh/cholah on the list please add it to the google doc. Only names on this list will be said in shul. We kindly ask that people not approach the Bima to add names during shul.
