Shabbat Parsha Quiz

We are continuing our Parsha Quiz initiative this week. We have been getting some great feedback so please encourage your children to participate and take their completed answer sheets to Dan Leffel or Dalia Gross for a great prize!

Youth Program
Teenage boys — right after the 8:45 minyan – 
A short 10-minute chabura learning Hilchot Tefillah, plus a kiddush! 

A reminder that all Gan Chova – second grade children are welcome to our special tefilat yeladim. If your child is not within this age group please do not send them, it can be disruptive to the program.

On Shabbat morning there will be a Tefilat Yeladim at 10:00-10:20 in the shul's mirpeset for gan chova – 2nd Grade. 


We opened a quiet WhatsApp group for posting activities for children and youth in our community. Kids, youth and parents are welcome to join the group
BMTL Mishlochei Manot Project
This year, our Mishlochei Manot will be shared—through Tomchei Shabbat—with families who would truly appreciate them, instead of being exchanged within our kehillah.

Women's Nach Yomi Chabura

The Women’s Nach Yomi Chabura is celebrating a Siyum on Nevi’im Acharonim and Ketuvim. On Thursday, February, 12th, the shiur will begin Sefer Yehoshua and warmly welcomes new members. The shiur meets every weekday at 9:30am in Women’s Beit Midrash, and also on Motzei Shabbat. Recordings are available, so it’s not necessary to attend every day in person.

Bet Midrash for Women

Our shul has a Bet Midrash for women, which is located in the large classroom upstairs, and was dedicated in memory of Yosef Malachi ben David Guedalia HY”D.  We welcome women to make use of it at all times. Please be respectful of the fact that this space has been dedicated as a place for women to learn. 


Bet Shemesh Morning Bet Medrash

Bet Shemesh morning Bet Midrash program is open Sunday-Thursday beginning at 9 a.m. Learn whatever you want or join the Tzurba program learning hilchot Shabbat. Come for the learning and stay for the coffee!

Shamos

Please be aware that BMTL does *not* have a shamos (geniza) drop off point. There are bins located around the city. Thank you for your cooperation

השבוע אנו ממשיכים ביוזמת חידון פרשת השבוע החדשה שלנו. קיבלנו משוב נהדר, אז אנא עודדו את ילדיכם להשתתף ולהעביר את דפי התשובות המלאים שלהם לדן לפל או  לדליה גרוס כדי לקבל פרס!

תוכנית הנוער

בני נוער, אחרי מניין 8:45 – חבורה חדשה של 10 דקות + קידוש

תזכורת שכל ילדי גן חובה עד כיתה ב’ מוזמנים לתפילת הילדים המיוחדת שלנו. אם ילדכם אינו בטווח גילאים זה, אנא אל תשלחו אותו, שכן הדבר עלול להפריע לתוכנית
בשבת בבוקר תתקיים תפילת ילדים בשעה 10:00-10:20 במרפסת של בית הכנסת לגן חובה – כיתה ב.
פתחנו קבוצת וואטסאפ שקטה בשביל הודעות על אירועים לילדים ונוער בקהילה. ילדים, בני נוער והורים מוזמנים

השנה משלוחי המנות של בית הכנסת יועברו, באמצעות תומכי שבת, למשפחות שישמחו ויוכלו להיתרם מהן – במקום משלוחי מנות בין חברי הקהילה.
לאחר שליחת הטופס תקבלו הנחיות לתשלום.

חבורת נ״ך יומי לנשים

חבורת נ״ך יומי לנשים באנגלית חוגגת סיום נביאים אחרונים וכתובים. ביום חמישי כ״ה בשבט (12 בפברואר), נתחיל ללמוד את ספר יהושע ונשמח מאוד לצרף חברות חדשות למסע המיוחד שלנו. המפגשים מתקיימים בכל יום חול בשעה 9:30 בבוקר בבית המדרש לנשים של במת”ל וכן במוצאי שבת.

קיימות הקלטות, כך שאין חובה להגיע בכל יום באופן פיזי.

בבית הכנסת שלנו יש בית מדרש לנשים שנמצא בכיתה הגדולה בקומה העליונה, והוא הוקדש לזכרו של יוסף מלאכי בן דוד גדליה הי”ד. אנו מזמינים נשים ללמוד שמה בכל עת. אנא כבדו את העובדה שהמרחב הזה מוקדש כמקום למידה לנשים.

תכנית בית המדרש של בית שמש

תכנית בית המדרש של בית שמש מתחילה ביום ראשון, בבית מדרש תורני לאומי. ימים ראשון עד חמישי, או חלק מהימים, מתי שאתה יכול, 9 בבוקר. למד מה שאתה רוצה, נדאג לך לחברותא אם תרצה, או הצטרף לתוכנית “צורבא” ללימוד הלכות שבת. בואו ללמוד ולהישאר לקפה!

קבוצות ווטסאפ  במת”ל

על מנת לשפר את התקשורת עם הקהילה פתחנו קבוצת ווטסאפ להודעות. הקבוצה מיועדת רק להודיע לציבור באופן שוטף על עדכונים. רק מנהלי הקבוצה יוכלו לשלוח הודעות. אנו מצ״ב הלינק להצטרפות לקבוצה
