In order for us to properly prepare for the upcoming holidays, we ask that you fill out the attached survey that will allow us to properly service the community.
Please Note: This is an information gathering survey and not your reservation for a seat. This is to get an indication of who wants to participate in the “shul” minyan and who has other arrangements at a “street minyan”. Once we collect this and as we get closer and understand the regulations regarding Rosh Hashanah we will send out a reservation form.
